Don Spieth serves as Vice President of Sales and Analytics at General Aviation Services, where he leads commercial strategy, data-driven decision-making, and performance optimization initiatives. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Don leverages advanced analytics and disciplined process improvement methodologies to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Don has contributed to executive teams at premier organizations including Alstom Grid, Van Buren Advisors, and General Electric. During his decade-plus tenure at GE, he held senior leadership roles across Energy Services, Power Generation, and Corporate Communications, delivering measurable results in highly complex, global environments.

Prior to GE, Don served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Programma Electric in North America, where he led market expansion and commercial development efforts.

Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York.
