General Aviation Services has recently completed the acquisition of this 2003 Citation Excel on behalf of its client. In addition to conducting a global search for the best aircraft to meet our clients requirements, General Aviation Services oversaw the refurbishment of the interior and exterior, as well as installation of a Dual WAAS/LPV installation, all of which was coordinated as part of an extensive pre-purchase evaluation. General Aviation Services also assisted with the establishment of both ownership and operational structures for its client.
