Greg Duckson serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of General Aviation Services, bringing more than three decades of leadership and operational expertise to the organization. A graduate of Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics, providing a strong foundation in strategic management, market analysis, and financial oversight.

Raised in an aviation-focused family, Greg developed an early understanding of the business aviation industry and its unique service demands. He began his career working alongside his father and brother in Minneapolis, where he gained hands-on experience in aircraft sales, client relationship management, and operational strategy. During this time, he cultivated a loyal client base and refined the consultative, data-driven sales approach that continues to define his leadership style.

Greg joined General Aviation Services in 1992 as a member of the sales team. His strong performance and industry insight led to his appointment as General Manager in 1997, followed by promotion to Vice President in 1999. In September 2001, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer, becoming the third President in the company’s 55-year history.

Throughout his tenure, Greg has been instrumental in advancing market intelligence within the organization. He played a key role in developing and implementing an analytical pricing tool designed to deliver more precise, data-backed aircraft market valuations. This initiative has strengthened the company’s ability to provide clients with accurate market positioning, informed acquisition and divestiture strategies, and enhanced transactional confidence.
